So you want to make your own custom design cap, but need help getting started. We're here to make the process simple. You have your basic concept, but first you need to pick a style and we have plenty to choose from, sketch and refine your design. Bring the file into Adobe illustrator, and if you need some help, just let us know.

Cap color is important and we have hundreds of colors to choose from. Next, Choose your fabric. Use cotton twill and acrylic twill for designs with heavy screen printing, while lush rolls are perfect with 3D puff embroideries. For SUNDAN Headwear offers premium custom metal trims, PVC patches, custom buttons, logo rivets, and all kinds of other options.

Integrate your design into our tech pack or your own design artwork. This file will be supplied by our sales person before starting your sample design.

Now you're ready to E-mail the tech packs, your SUNDAN Headwear developers. They will guide you through the whole process. When questions arise, E-mail the team for assistance.

We're all about customer service. Our developers will

help you complete the spec, review the design and

layout by E-mail, then fire off a return E-mail

before submitting your design to our sample room.

Once your visions are finalized and sent to our team, your design is sent off to our sample room, and the whole process takes about two to three weeks.

Once the samples completed, we'll send you pictures from every possible angle, review the picks, and look for any details we may have missed. 99% of the time you nail it first try. Once the sample is completed, it will be sent to you within three to five days.

Now you have your sample in hand. You can see and feel the quality and attention to detail that sets SUNDAN Headwear apart from any other head where manufacturer. Now you can submit your order for both production and remember no minimums. Price break start at 300 pieces, but we can work out all quantities break if needed.
